This shop is run by the parents of Sophie Bowers, a young neurodivergent artist based in South Liverpool, on Sophie's behalf. We sell handmade card packs created and designed by Sophie.

We only collect the information we need to process your order safely and deliver it to you. This includes:

Your postal address
Your email address (for order confirmation or delivery updates)

If you’re local and choose hand delivery, we may also collect a contact phone number to arrange drop-off.

We do not collect or store any financial information — all payments are handled securely through the platform you use to make your purchase (e.g. PayPal, or bank transfer).

3. How we use your information

Your information is used only to:

Process and deliver your order
Communicate about your purchase or delivery
Keep basic sales records for tax purposes

We will never sell, share, or use your personal data for marketing.

4. How we store your information

Any order details are kept securely and deleted when no longer needed.
Digital files are stored on password-protected devices.
Printed order information (if used) is safely destroyed once your order is complete.

Ask us to correct or delete it
Withdraw consent for us to use it
