1. Overview

Sophie’s Cards is a small, family-run business based in South Liverpool.
All cards are handmade and packed by Sophie Bowers, a young neurodivergent artist who donates 10% of all sales to Tree Aid, a charity supporting people and the planet through tree planting in Africa. 🌿

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Payment

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
Payments can be made securely through PayPal, bank transfer, or another method agreed in advance.
We do not store or have access to your payment details.

3. Pricing

Each pack of 10 cards costs £2.50 plus p and p.

4. Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class within the UK or delivered locally within 3–5 working days.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Refunds and Returns

As each pack is handmade with care, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at johnbowers270@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Your information is used only to process and deliver your order.
We never share or sell your personal data.
