Each pack of cards is handmade with care by Sophie Bowers, a young neurodivergent artist from South Liverpool. Every design represents hours of creativity, focus, and effort. 🌿

Because Sophie’s cards are made and packed by hand, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We hope you’ll understand that this policy helps protect the time, care, and energy Sophie puts into every pack. 💚

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at johnbowers270@gmail.com — we’ll always do our best to make things right.
