1. Delivery Options

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class within the UK.
We also offer free local delivery around South Liverpool (see shipping page for postcodes)

2. Postage Costs

Each pack of 10 cards weighs approximately 115g (including envelope and packaging).

If you’re local, you can choose free doorstep delivery, and we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time. 🌸

3. Dispatch Times

All orders are packed carefully by Sophie and her family.
We aim to post or deliver your order within 3–5 working days.

During busy times (like Christmas), delivery may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

4. Packaging

We use simple, recyclable packaging wherever possible. Each pack is wrapped carefully to keep it safe on its journey to you. 🌿

 

5. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at johnbowers270@gmail.com. We’ll help track your parcel or send a replacement if needed.
